Best Flat Irons

My current favorite hair flat iron is the Karmin G3.  You can read my review about it here.

With New Advanced 100% Pure Tourmaline Ceramic Plates. The first iron with this advanced technology. These new plates allow your hair to slide through the plates without catching or pulling on your hair. plus the results are amazing.

What current hair straighteners is everyone using and does it do the job?

Cafe Mimi Cappuccino Brown Circle Lens

When it comes to circle lenses I consider myself quite a newbie.  I've always been intrigued by them but I have only owned 2 pairs and it was from the Geo Fresh Series.  So when Eye Candy Lens  offered to send me a pair to try out from their store I was super excited!  Of course there was so many variety and selections I really didn't know which one to pick but I ended up going with the Cafe Mimi in Cappucino Brown.  The name sounded so cute I couldn't resist!

    Origin: South Korea
    Water content: 38% - 42%
    Diameter: 15.0 mm
    Base Curve: 8.7
    Power: plano
    Duration: 1 year disposable

The color and pattern on these lenses are so pretty.  The shipping was also super fast.  It reached me in about a week.

They also included these super cute purple contact lens case!

When I first put these on I was quite surprised at how enlarging they were!

They definitely give you a super dolly eye look.

I tried to snap a picture in the natural sunlight so you guys can see the pattern on my eyes.

Overall I really love these but I don't think they are suitable for every day were since they are quite noticeable and look a bit unnatural.  They do a great job in enlarging your pupils but the pattern on the lenses can give you sort of a lizard/reptile eye appearance.  I think these are great for a night out or a special occasion!  When I wore them out a lot of people asked me if I was wearing contacts because I think it was quite obvious.

I can't see myself wearing these for more than 4-5 hours as they do tend to get a bit dry.  But it's definitely not anything some eye drops can't fix!

For my next circle lens purchase I want to try either a pink or violet color!  Eye Candy Lens was kind enough to offer Amy Naree readers a promotional coupon code to use on your next order.  Use the code "Amynaree" to get a free surprise gift (no minimum required).

What are your favorite circle lenses?  Would love to hear your recommendation!

    Matching nail color to foundation?

I was reading this article from Nylon (link) about matching your nail polish to your make up and found it very interesting!  I never looked at it that way but it totally makes sense.  If you wear colors that compliment your skin tone it will always be more flattering.  I will definitely have to pick one up to try.  What do you guys think?  Would you wear matching foundation and nail color?
