This week for me has been nothing but gloomy, cold, and wet. I love raining days when I could just stay home in bed and cuddle up in a nice warm blanket! The reality of it is I have to get up every morning and go to work... ughhh, which makes rainy days not so pleasant.
I also have been meaning to do some product reviews, fotds etc. but the weather in combination with my laziness has gotten the best of me. Hopefully this coming weekend I'll have some motivation!
When it's raining out I usually go for the "bummy look", which basically means an over sized hoodie, jeans,warm boots, hair in a messy bun, and no make-up. But just because I'm not stylish doesn't mean you can't be! So this post is just dedicated to some really hot items you could be rockin' on a raining day.

omg I was actually going to get that Juicy umbrella for the longest time, but then they didn't have it anywhere in Canada for a good price, and then when I went ot the states I couldn't find one... so I bought a coach one instead -_- sighh now looking at that pic makes me wanna buy it again lol

Haha...love this post Amy! I look really bummy on rainy days. It's like, what's the point? :P I was looking at Burberry umbrellas at the outlet this past weekend and they were still over $100. WTF. Some day. And I heart rain boots. Shame we can't really use 'em in L.A. (This week's freak weather doesn't count) I'd rock me some Wellies.
I always forget my umbrellas everywhere so i shouldn't buy one of these cuties :p

I missed your posts but can understand how the rainy weather makes us want to kick back and relax. ^^ It's raining so much in Glendale. You posted such cute rain gear. I have one of those clear dome umbrellas and love it but now I wish mine had hearts on them lol like the one you posted. Rain boots are awesome too. The last pair looks especially cool since they seem like regular boots.

I love all the umbrellas! I really want the birdcage one, so cute! I just saw a picture of Katy Perry in the the rain and she had that HK umbrella. I don't own any rainboots, I always think I'm to short and they will look stupid. Maybe I should give them a 2nd chance because they look so cute!

Unfortunately - we don't get that much rain here so rain boots are usually just left to waste. BUT I adore those umbrellas! Check out the ones that look like the sky inside.

I desperately need a good umbrella and a pair of waterpoof boots!! I've been melting down here in San Diego too but it rains so rarely that I've put off getting any waterproof shoes for the entire 3.5 years I've lived here. Sad no? I have two pairs of SUEDE boots! And even my running sneakers have mesh vented tops! LOL.
*sigh* I'm borrowing SO's umbrella today, which is the sturdier one b/c my old one is actually a "sunbrella" my grandpa bought me in Taiwan and it just can't stand up to the winds here. I used to have a super cute bright yellow GAP one, but I think my ex roomies stole it. I haven't been able to find one as nice since. =/
lol. OMG, I was going to take a picture today of my whole entire outfit since it rained, for Lindah. LOL. I have a pair of Juicy Couture rain boot and New York (something high brand I guess) umbrella but of course, it doesn't cost as much as Chanel umbrella's. lol. The Chanel umbrella looks very classy =] I want one! And OMG at the Burberry umbrella! That's so cuteeeeeee!!! hahaha. But it probably doesn't match with my boots since it's so pink and only have a little brown/white on it. haha. I don't really dress up. Sometimes it seems like it and sometimes it's a scrub but still looking nice with the rain boots. Personally, I think girls/guys who have wide feet shouldn't get the high brands since it's not made for wide feet. I think Charlotte Russe and Payless Shoes is selling some right now, I don't know about their qualities but I do know that rain boots should not make your feet wet... if it does, it's not rain boots! lol.

Yeah I had great hopes for that Avon body yogurt, but it sucks for the winter, and I doN't think it will be better for summer. I wouldn't buy it again. I'm glad it coste me only 4$!

ya, i nearly bought a pair of leathery looking rubber rain boots home from HK but was stop by my hubby... now the raining season comes, i start to grumble at him for stopping me...haha
